Small Donorfy Project

A working, integrated Donorfy on a limited budget

  • Conference call / demo to help with requirements definition.
  • Configuration according to the requirements – up to 3 hours.
  • Data migration of up to 5,000 constituents from one data source, including their financial transaction history and their contact history – up to 5 hours.
  • Integrations: any/all of MailChimp, Eventbrite and JustGiving – up to 2 hours.
  • Set up one online giving page (using the Donorfy Campaign Donation Page feature). 1 hour.
  • Training sessions:
    • General CRM / contact management
    • Admin – configuration, Lists and Reports, integrations
    • Fundraising from Major Funders using Opportunities and / or Individual Giving
    • Finance – entering gifts, Gift Aid, recurring payment processing

Price: £1,500 plus VAT.

  • Additional hours are agreed in advance and charged at the prevailing consulting rate (see Terms and Conditions).

  • Project is executed remotely using screenshare and conference calls.
